SAP Implementation Team Lead - BW
Managed the implementation of SAP Business Intelligence Warehouse, within the enterprise-wide migration to SAP ECC. Catalogued and prioritized existing reports to ensure continuity between old and new systems. Responsible for all reporting on the business, including Sales & Distribution, Material Management, and Financial Accounting. Managed a team of BW developers, to create queries for over 200 business users across the organization. Maintained project schedules, keeping BW development on time within the dynamic scope and timeline of the overall ECC implementation.
 
Project Manager - Business Intelligence
Designed and built powerful reporting tools using MicroStrategy Intelligence Server. Constructed effective reports by gathering requirements from business users, writing clear and meaningful specifications, and directing the efforts of developers. Supported the reporting needs of a $2bil sales organization through a complex organizational alignment change, with reports going live at the same time as the territory management application updates. Supervised design of ETL processes, and consulted with developers to maintain quality and data integrity. Served as a training and knowledge resource across departments, including IT Applications, IT Support, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance.
 
Web Application Developer
Implemented web applications and public-facing portals using Weblogic Workshop and Java. Built web applications enabling a fast-paced customer service organization to access critical data and react to customer needs. Efficiently transformed visual design comps into web-friendly graphics and code. Wrote and maintained multi-tier Java applications. Projects included web portals for business partners and subsidiaries, intranet applications, and updates to transaction processing.
